Since most of you rather enjoyed having me do audio episodes again — to listen to in your cars and such — I thought I’d do a special little episode of the Notorious POD. Sure, it’s been ages since I’ve done those, but maybe with this new Substack platform, it’s time to start again.
Do have some patience with me as I work through the technical challenges. Substack was never built for podcasts or video from the start and there are limitations on what I can do with my limited skillset.
Tim Dain, the CEO of Northstar MLS, is doing something really good for the community, for the country, and for real people. I wanted to supprot that. But so this isn’t just a pitch or an appeal, he agreed to engage in some substantive conversation with me about the future of the MLS & REALTOR Associations.
