Look, I understand that legal compliance is probably not on your Top Ten list of interesting and exciting topics. But it is an important topic, especially if you’re a brokerage who needs to be concerned about compliance with various laws, regulations and settlement terms.
I ran across Summer Goralik online, and got to know her a bit, and thought she might be the most fun legal compliance expert I could find. It’s not often you can find someone who can talk like a regular person about this topic.
We get into brokerage compliance, where the industry is, topics like CCP and pocket listings, and even whether agency law should be updated.
We had to use Zoom to record this, so quality might be a bit impacted. Sorry about that.
