Notorious POD: On End to End Platforms

I had a few minutes between appointments, so wanted to think out loud about a topic I have often considered: the end to end platform for real estate.

I read the Inman News article reporting on the acquisition of Movoto/OJO by Lower, and talk about/think about the idea of the end to end platform, issues and questions about that in residential real estate, and wonder why we haven’t seen that happen yet despite years of trying by very large, very big, and very powerful companies in our space.
