In a recent comment, Nik wanted me to talk a bit more about the law firms and lawyers involved in these cases as I had previously written about both Cohen Milstein and Hagens Berman when they filed the first case: Moehrl v. NAR. I said I could do better, and this is it.
I ran across a recent document which is completely unimportant (it was a status report for Moehrl v. NAR) but at the end, there was a complete list of the lawyers involved in that giant case.
I thought it would be entertaining in some fashion to just look at the warriors lawyers involved in this battle royale. They’re all talented and experienced litigators at the top of their fields.
Note further that while these men and women were in the document, behind them are dozens of talented junior associates, paralegals, researchers and experts who support their moves in the courtroom.
This is not an in-depth analysis piece. It’s mostly copy and paste of the official bios of the attorneys involved in this case. But I thought it interesting to gather all of it in one place so we can all marvel at the legal talent (and billable hours) gathered for the contest.
This is also incredibly long so please feel free to skip it unless you are fascinated by the people in this one lawsuit.
