First of all, Happy Thanksgiving to all of you — the best informed and of course the best looking readership in all of real estate. Your support and attention over the years have been a big part of what keeps me doing silly shit like read long boring legal docs and write “controversial” posts that have people saying things like “…but is he wrong though?”
