The demand is overwhelming

So the response to the email I sent to VIP Subscribers has been overwhelming. You apparently think I have something worth spending your time and attention on. Thank you so much. It goes without saying that I wouldn’t do this if it weren’t for the best audience in real estate.

For those who are not (yet) VIP Subscribers, let me summarize.

I give presentations from time to time to various organizations and groups. Since it takes quite a bit of work for me to put one of those together, I thought it might be interesting or useful to repeat that presentation for VIP Subscribers. Apparently, many of them agreed and wanted to see what I had to say to some group or another.

These periodic webinars will be entirely free for VIP Subscribers, but limited to VIP only.

Accordingly, I’d like to schedule the first complimentary Notorious VIP Webinar: What Now? Chaos Is Opportunity

This was a presentation I gave to ARELLO a few months back, and thought perhaps VIP Subscribers might find it interesting or at least thought provoking. The topics are the big settlement, what comes next, and what state regulators ought to think about as a result.

The webinar will be next Tuesday, November 26th at 11AM Pacific Time. (ChatGPT tells me that’s the ideal time to schedule a webinar across four time zones.) Please mark that in your calendar. I will send out the registration link and passcode to VIP Subscribers via email.

I will record this one, for future VIP Subscribers or for those who can’t make that time.
